These ppl have looked to Islam coming from a Coptic religious/cultural background which comes with a lot of baggage. The coptic church in egypt is notorious for killing those who embrace islam, but for ideological reasons we never hear those stories here in the West. Media here doesn't even acknowledge the situation. I think the purpose of these vids is to encourage those to follow their convictions in accepting islam as a world view regardless of social pressure.
