I don't envy people that take it upon themselves to make these lists. No matter what, your own opinion gets told it's wrong by the community of some game doesn't make #1. For example if you DID have Chrono Trigger on this list, you'd get bitched at if it was anything but number 1. Though... I did wonder where it was. ;) It's a fine list, nevertheless. You have good taste in games.

good list. i love videos containing unheard of games. my personal favorite is castlevania 4. i beat it for the 1st time 2 months ago and i went through such an ordeal beating that game that i dont want to play it for awhile but its still my favorite on SNES

What I liked about Metroid was that it was a perfect mix of shooter and adventure: the 'find-new-objects-and-explore-­new-territories scheme is very Zelda-like. But I only learned to appreciate it after I played Metroid Prime.
