Okay, the hand notes don't compare to a whole speech on a TelePrompTer, but the stack of papers she had probably did have a "complete script written for" her "with every word in a sentence". Palin's hypocritical mocking of the President for using the TelePrompTer certainly makes me wonder about the validity of all the other cheap shots she took at the President in her speech.

You're fooling yourself if you think Obama is the only politician who uses a teleprompter. In fact, they ALL do it, Republicans and Democrats. It's a normal part of the job.
The real test comes when you're not giving a speech, but actually conversing with someone. Let's see: Obama had a Q&A with Republicans, and kicked so much butt Fox got scared of him and cut the feed. Palin had an interview with Katie Couric, and made a fool of herself.

Obama uses a teleprompter in speeches, which last from 20 minutes up to more than an hour. In interviews and debates he speaks freely without notes or telepormpters, as he excellently displayed when he met the house Republicans last week.
Palin also used notes during her , but also her telepalmer handnotes in an INTERVIEW. When a person can not display her basic believes in an interview, she's not qualified to be president.
