  • @nhukpires do it 3 or 4 times a week,in the other days exercices the oblique and lower abs because there is the place where you gain fat first,and don t eat at mcdonalds or kfc or at any other junk food restaurant,this will help u get some results,sory for my english i am not a native speaker :)

  • i like level 3 i did level 1 and 2 for like a week moved up to level 3 it was hard but level 1 was easy now now i can do level 3 on the last exercise try flexing your lower abs real tight and it takes pressure off your hip flexor/thighs/legs

  • I think it's wrong, passion4profession it's not considering it'should be an intermediate level between the "8minutesABS workout L2" and "8minutesABS workout L3" because it's excesively hard. I've stopped the routine in the 2nd level because the program it's great, nevertheless the third level has not a right secuence.

  • Guys, if you think this is hard, well, this is what I do, 80 pushthroughs, 80 crunches, 80 leg lifts, 80 reverse crunches, 80 leg up cruches, 80 alternating curls 80 foot to foot cruches, 80 side to side cruches.

  • @mikail9122 stop bitching around, when i was young and i weighted like a feather i could do shitloads of reps also, very easy to develop high amounts, but when you get older and your wieght increases without training it is very hard to begin.

  • @brandox37 It is bad for building muscles if you do it every day. You body actually needs time to recover, which process help add mass to the muscles you work and make it bigger. Besides, it would hurt on the next day, so you cannot do as many reps. You can do this 2 times a week and for you can do arm training on the other days.

    I am just a novice and I don't have a muscular body. This is just what I learnt, and I want to share it :)

  • hey hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father got amazing Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • If you do this along with level 2 and plank alot 5 days a week with 2 easier days of this and level one you can get a six pack in a few months

  • Hey yall my ab's are in great shape lvl 1 and lvl 2 are now pretty damn easy for me, all of level 3 is doable for me but the crunch elbow to knee workout absolutely kills me! I can't even come close to finishing that specific exercise does anyone have tips on how to improve my oblique game haha.

    First time i started doing level 3, i managed to do 42 times elbow to knee

    Next time it was like 25-30, 3rd time arround 20

    I dont get it rly... Like im worse and worse every next time i do it

  • @NemanjaCR7 I've got a really good idea... switch the first workout with the elbow knee workout... see how it works. I'll be doing it again in 2 days I just worked out today level 1... my rest day. I'll let you know if it works for me.

    Today, i managed to do all double twists without resting, and before i needed to rest at least once,most times twice (coz of my legs). I rly dont get it... And i laso managed to do arround 20 elbow knee if i remember well... Damn...

    Relating to ur suggestion, if i switch the workout order then i will mix abs areas which im doing (i would start with oblique, then upper and then bottom O.o). Dont know is it rly good :)

  • Ive been doing this level for about 8 months now... and when i started off i wuznt able to do even half of it. after about 2 months i wuz able to do the whole workout (through ALOT of pain). However i modified the 3rd exercise to the one from level 2 where ur legs are on the ground. Its now been 6 months that ive been doing this workout 3 times a week and i havent improved in any way... i still suffer ALOT and i still am not prepared to do the actual third exercise... Y is this????!!!

  • @devilonearth03 i cant seem to get through the third one either.. i haven't been doing it for aslong but all the other ones have been pretty easy

  • @devilonearth03 Your muscles will adapt to the stress eventually, you shouldn't have modified it. it will slowly get better, slowly but surely you'll do whisp through it. hope this helped. also double check your breathing is alright and also check your in the right position. Hope this helped! :)

  • @darthSzczesny I started with level 3 this summer, while I was running every day. Im not running for 3 months now. Back then I had no problem with lvl 3, and now my legs are killing me :) You need cardio (running), or maybe squats!

  • @darthSzczesny To do some ab exercises requires the use of other muscles, such as the thighs, but in our case we are also training the leg muscles not only the ab muscles.

    it's probably not your 'legs' but your hip flexors. try working on your flexibility as well as exercises that enhance your hip flexors
