Also you may not need to use so many 0s when sizeing it down. I'm doing stars as well so I need to or they will be so HUGE that they go 10,000x bigger than the grid.

The vid is great and thank you very much for the pics... They were the only thing stopping me from making a video on the solar system. :D Now I just need the moon lol.

There is a much easyer way to do this, look up Blender Tutorial - Planet creating Part 1 and watch the first 46 secs...

To get the planets the right size I make a UVsphere then hit S for size, type 0.000001 and that will get it REALLY small then hit S again and type out how many KM the planet your doing is I use Planets, Stars, Nebulae, Galaxies - Universe Size Comparison 2009 [HD] to find out how much they are. it may look like . in some of the planets but its not...
