You have to reboot your phone and than you have to open winterboard and pick everything off and on again ... dann respring and it´ll work.

cydia removed supreme preferences for 3.0 but left the 2.0-2.1 versions - if you have 3.0 you wont find one =(

Supreme preferences isnt its own app, it becomes part of the settings app.
