I didnt vote for McCain, but I have to give the man credit, both for his military service, and especially for this moment. At this moment, he saw what his followers believe, at this moment, he saw the type of idiotic fools he was trying to help, at this moment, McCain couldve agreed or just simply said "No Comment" and people around the country would have just assumed it was true. Politics..least on our side is such garbage, I don't understand what anyone can take from it other than knowing what is going on in their country. People discuss their opinions to try and make a valid point so hard, but in the end it's all pointless neither person comes to amends with the other and all you get in the end is two different perspectives from two guys who believe tenfold in what their saying.
McCain's integrity here is admirable, but I don't see USA being much different had he won.

@DangerDan2 I just don't see where McCain is saying or even implicitly assuming those are opposites. I think when he says "he's not", McCain simply means Obama isn't what this woman THINKS he is. Yes, it would've been nice if he'd said, "So what if he is an Arab?", but he had no advanced notice this woman was going to go full on ignorant racist on him, so he had to come up with something.
