Anne Rices Books are great, but the first one will always remain the greatest. I like Louis. Its so sad when Claudia dies. The Expression on Louis face in the movie after Claudias death is so breath taking sad. I always get goosebumps while watching it.

Holy crap I had completely forgotten this movie existed!! I haven't seen it for years!! And I remember I once snagged the only remaining copy at the DVD store *giggle* I was so Anne Rice obsessed (stares at books 1-6 on her shelf)

I enjoyed it very much but I do feel sad that you didn't include much Santiago. I thought maybe the malicious look he gives Louis after Louis find the remains of Claudia would have been included. Otherwise it is a wonderful video and must have taken a long, long time.
