You say that they're are too many variables to take into consideration when determining equality. You also say that everyone has unique attributes and therefore are not equal and then you go on to say that some people are objectively better than others. How can someone be objectively "better" than anyone if all of those variables still apply? They're are too many factors to take into account when determining if people are "better" or "worse" than others?

Firstly, just saying "men" is sexist, secondly "truth" implies some kind of religious or metaphysical knowledge, nothing is a "truth" because human beings have such a subjective perspective of the universe. @HelFKiernan I completely agree which is why there should be a push for equity rather than equality. Equity deals with understanding differences and advantages/disadvantages that people face rather than treating everyone as if they had the same start.

It seems like the power is being flipped in all aspects ( this is applying to america since the revolution that made it a country, when white men were at the top ). Originally, a white male with an education was the top dog. but now its all reversed where it seems like the white man is at the bottom. women are still complaining for rights, when they have them. and blacks are complaining that because of poor treatment of their ancestors they deserve payment like the native americans.

Rights don't come from men, they come from a higher source, I.E. The Creator. If they came from men then they could be rightly taken away. The DOI and the USC simply explain what those rights are.

I don't think were exactly equivalent on the surface, but behind it all, were all unified by the same mystery of self reflection and consciousness. I think we should find common ground between the upright citizen and the criminal reject, because its not constructive to set them too much apart. Its better to try to connect with those we respect than to put them up on a pedestal. You aren't going to learn anything from them if you think you can never attain any of their greatness.

And you can assume that someone who asks for equality means more than that, but you don't have to, and the assumption doesn't make an overblown and overcomplicated response any more reasonable.

Men are required to sign up for the selective service, if they don't the government basically disowns them and locks them up in some cases. Why don't women fight for this? It's an obvious double standard, and them not fighting for it is one of their many double standards on their views of men.

@WillBrendon If you are talking about track and field shot put and discus then you did not read your source correctly or a completely unable to read a statistic. according to Vaughns pagers, and personal experience, Men and women throw about equally in terms of distance. The DIFFERENCE is that men throw 16 pound shot while women throw an 11 pound shot. Men throw a 1.5 kilo discus and women a 1 kilo.
