La nourriture que l'on prépare soi-même en ayant sélectionné soi-même. Les ingrédients qui viennent directement des agriculteurs est la meilleure chose que l'on puisse faire. Manger sainement esr également une chose qu'il faut faire. Très bon documentaire et j'espère qu'elle fait l'impacte qu'elle doit faire :)

Slow food has to be more nourishing and good for you than any fast food!! Let's face it there is no short cuts to making food that has all the vitamins and minerals left in it!! Short lunch hours of half an hour encourage workers to partake of fast food. This is were fast food joints win and take advantage of these shortened lunch breaks!! Living on fast food for a lengthy period of time will ruin your health!! Then you will have to give up your job, due to not being healthy enough to do it!!

Very interesting video INJAMPROD,...i don't speak french but like they say in italy, i "capische" the theme,....slow food instead of fast food, the trick here is to change lifestyles and slow food's there to help,....all great things require TIME to flourish,....fast things on the other, in the long run we will be paying the bill, not in terms of the cost to buy the fastfood but with our health, nothing to be taken lightly,..thumbs up to ya and thankin' ya for sharin'!! = )
