its same rules as level 5 but you cant do doubles in tumbling or standing fulls! and they cant go to words. it used to be level 4 stunting and you could do running fulls!

Senior Open 5 is a brand new division and the only thing you cannot to are doubles, you can do standing fulls. they do not go to worlds

yea i just found that out. senior open 5 is a brand new division but like last year they had a division called 4.5 and it was 4 stunting and level 5 tumbling but you couldnt do doubles or standing fulls

they wouldn't go level 5 because there are people on the team younger than 12 and they don't have any doubles. there never was a division called 4.5, 4.2 but not 4.5
