Just watched this performance for the first time and a magnificent one at that. Peter Cox is just a fantastic singer. I've seen Go West twice live the last just 2 weeks agon on the Gold Coast and they haven't lost it. They are still as go if not better then at their peak in the 80's. Can't wait for their next visit to Australia.

I've always thought this was the best performance ever on TOTP, this video should have more views. Most bands lipsync'd on the show. This is an incredible vocal performance for the setting it was in. True talent. Compare this to say, a New Republic tv performance of any of their hits. The difference in quality of musicians is RIDICULOUS. Most performers don't have the lungs for a song like this

One of the great UK pop bands fr the 80's, and this song, to me, is Go West's greatest signature songs that combines soul and disco. Agree?
