We Have lost SO MANY great artist I have written a song and posted it here on Youtube. I appriceate you posting this great classic and I hope you get around to listening to my tribute to the legends..
we men we want always to recall back in our previous romantic histories and memories too and do u realize that is very special memories for u ? definetely the answer is yes but why we should keep those past memories to keep continue up with the ones were in our own life? beside this the destiny or any other justifications would be our main answers lol so wish we can have better memories and wish u all the success in life
This song takes me back to a time when two young kids were experiencing life for the first time and his song "Rage ON" was playing... It brings a little smile to my face when I think back and realize just how simple things were back then but all the teenage drama that comes with high school made it seem so complicated...
Everytime I hear this song, I think about my first true love.. here it is 21 years later and I often see her at my son's school and my heart still skips a beat.. But then I think.. If things went the way I so desperately wanted them to go back then, I wouldn't have the wonderful wife and two amazing children that I have today.. As Garth says.. "Thank God For Unanswered Prayers" but she'll always have a place in my heart..

This song -- a "recommended for you" link led to another step leading to this song -- reminds me of a special time in my life, when I was out west and one of my dearest friends (not girlfriend as such, but "friend" in a REAL way, NOT as an excuse to not be closer) was a horse wrangler. She's now deceased, way too young. Of course, memories city (although not urban!) Thank you ever so much!

Great song from a great singer. So many of us have a lost love from our younger days. We only spent one summer together, but after 38 years I still think of her often and hope she's doing well in this life. My wife and kids have given me more than I could have hoped for in my life, but you never forget that first real love. Maybe it's just trying to hold on to those younger days, and she was a big part of that. We learned so much together, and the bond is there, even though she can't be.
Although I would never trade my life now, with my wife and kids, this song tells my story of a love I lost many years ago and how to this day their are times I still miss her. Thanks for all you great music Dan Seals (england dan) RIP....

Somehow we lost contact for over 20yrs but we found eachother on facebook but sadly he's married and I am divorced, I still love him as much as he does and really we wish we could be together as before but not possible cos he belong to someone, and yes its true we still move each other wanna be with each other....what a life!!!
Dan Seals completed radiation treatments for mantle cell lymphoma at Vanderbilt in Nashville and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and received a stem cell transplant in December of that year at NIH in Maryland. Seals died at the age of 61, on March 25, 2009, at his daughter's home following those treatments. (wikipedia) He did not die in a plane crash.
yes..i agree this is a beautiful song and lyrics...this is my favorite song by Dan Seals...what a tragic loss to country music and fans when he died! they just don't make great country music anymore like they did in the 50's-80's...music today that they call "country" i don't want to listen to! another great and beautiful "COUNTRY song is By Now by Steve Wariner...i love that song!...if you love beautiful heartfelt tug at your heart songs then listen to that song!

You are so right. I was lucky enough to eventually marry the guy that broke my heart as a teen and this song alond w/some Earl Thomas Conley seemed to be thte death of me. I still can't listen withougt crying. I'm no longer with my ex of 13 years but this song brings all kinds of emotions flooding out. Great song!!!!
