I guess the talent in Hollywood has gone extremely down seeing as they can't seem to create a "romantic" scene without someone getting naked. I'm glad to see all the comments I've read are exactly the way I feel. This is my absolute favourite movie of all time. I was never a John Wayne fan, but the first time I saw this movie, I fell in love! This graveyard scene is the sexiest kissing scene in any movie .... EVER. And possibly my favourite in this movie. I wore out my old VHS and had to buy the DVD. Amazing! Thanks for posting.

I am GREAT fan and I saw her several years ago in New York City when she was the GRAND MARSHAL of the St. Patrick's Day parade. She walked up Fifth Avenue VERY proudly.....her head was held HIGH.....and her shoulders were back.

Thank you grabit1 for your lovely remark about Maureen O'Hara. She certainly won't have a problem getting to the podium because at 91 she still can dance the Siege of Ennis.... front and center. Irish women at 91 can do more that the average 38 year old women born elsewhere. The bottom line is I think we will see Maureen at the next years Oscars.....God willing.

This is by far my favorite movie too! I've seen it multiple times.....I lost count at 30. lol Everytime I watch it, it feels like I'm watching it for the first time. That is what you call a great story, each time is just as good as the last.
