  • Hey i just bought this game after completing ff 13. I'm a bit confused, cos when you gain exp and level up, you don't increase attributes or use them on your character. It just says your a higher level. Can someone tell me what the benefits of levelling up are or if i need to do something when i level up like with the crystarium in ff 13. Thanks in advance.

  • @SK8BRDDUD123 The characters stats increase (HP,MP,Speed,Attack,Magic etc)... You can't control it, it's random...

  • Bolt 2 ice2. And fire2 I managed to get them all to 3 the second time I played

  • Nu u killed my wide -:O time 2 die

  • Yeah this helps. Even though i've played this 50 times since it came out in 97. I decided to play it again to kill some time before i move to florida, so Right now I just got sid and gettin to lvl 50. im at lvl 42 right now with cloud and got cloud, yuffie and barrets level 3 limit breaks. guess now i'll go to wuatai and get my materia stolen >:(

  • the soonest you can go here is after corel prison when you get your car. ride it back over to costa del sol and then get on the ship. if you trying going before, the shinra soldier won't let you enter the ship.

best place to level up on disc 1, i leveled all the way up to 60 which is pointless, but i just did it to master some materia. plus, i wanted my barrier materia to have the wall spell. really good place, thanks for the upload.

  • wow cloud is the satan look at his hp bar "666"

  • where can i find aqualung?

  • @clmbian20 Harpys, Jenova-LIFE and serpents

  • @Jporiey can you do this your very first time in junon? (You know on the trip were you save the little girl from the big serpent thing?)

  • @Nickthelich im not too sure exactly, but you can do it whenever the guards are there i think, sorry if that doesn't help.

  • @Jporiey You have to ride the ship to costa del sol first, then ride it back. That's the soonest you can level here.

  • @Jporiey at the Corel desert, the Forgotten City boss fight and sunken plane respectively.

  • does this work on the ps1 version as well?

  • @basenjilover It should.

  • @basenjilover yes this works on the ps1 version. Tried it numerous times. :)

  • is this on ur psp??

  • nah this is the PC version

  • how do u set the alarm off?

  • It's the PC version of FF7.

  • Poor poor Tifa.

  • i cant get out to notice that some monster are pervs. i mean they only atack girls sometimes geez!

  • or like when the boss Apps only uses lick on Tifa, or at least thats how it is for me

  • yeh i kinda know why he just licks her... i know i would... lmao! :P

  • im sure you'd not be the only one

  • @Jporiey how long could I stay here to level up efficently? Like what level can I get up to here?

  • @Nickthelich don't hold me to this because i haven't done it in in a while, but i'd assume you could get mid twenties or so.

  • I entered at level 19-20 and left at level 31, but If you wanted level 35-40 could probably be achieved but it's pretty pointless cuz at level 30 you'll already destroy the story boss's on this disc. Plus by this stage you'll prob already have bolt 2, ice2 and fire2 which are lethal on disc 1.

  • zomg cloud's hp is 666... bad bad number lol

  • haha, well done noticing that

  • why its the number of the beast :D

  • what monster cant i get aqua lung from.

  • Gotto Love Clouds Full hp!! xD

  • Because I went and got Beta at the earliest point possible in the game (Before Kalm) and i've been itching to use it on these guys, but you don't get your party together until after you've gone on the Cargo Ship to Costa Del Sol.

Which kinda makes me wonder if getting beta at that point was worth it, since you get the Fire Ring in costa del sol which makes the Midgar Zolom insanely easy.

  • At what point is this in the game? After Costa del Sol?

  • just after you've beaten Dyne, you go back there

  • Hehe thanks, I already worked it out though.

Beta is far more effective for this trick btw.

All my characters are level 35 with Cloud who his 41. Gonna try and get them all to 40 then go to Mythril Mines and train their limits.

  • You know what I did to Dyne, when I beat him as Barret: Poison him, put him to sleep and then attack him with magic. Try it, it's fun.

BTW, nice tip on level grinding at a low level, in Junon in FFVII. Nice interesting video, I'll try it in FFVII. :-)

  • this comment made me feel awkward. You're fucking strange. or 8 years old. or both. creep
