Just because your children are being taken for no reason does not mean that some of these children are not in danger.  I am a foster parent who spends more money and effort helping children than any pennies that may be paid to me. It is DEFINATELY not a money making deal for foster parents, at least in FL. I've had children who needed a home safe from Sexual abuse, and even if just for those children, a well regulated system that works right is worth spending some money on.

It is financially rewarding, incentive based, for these contracted workers to take their work, uh hmmm, (foster children) home with them and get paid for it. They have even adopted children that have been in State care. Contracted workers, ESPECIALLY in the field of family reintegration services, should not have any rights to the citizens children whom they serve. This is a conflict of interest and highly unethical.
