Only thing that makes it 8 and not 10 is that it was made using both TV series and OVA Series clips. The Conflicting styles don't look good when you cut between them, you should have pulled from just one or the other. Otherwise it's great!

No. There is the 13 episode series that was created in 2001, the the new Ultimate series which follows the manga closer. They are not seen as related.
