I own an 89 Honda 250r, and its a 2 stroke quad.

there is no way that 2 different 4 strokes turn at the same RPMs, you have to figure in compression, stroke, bore, cam, and gear. You cant just use CC's as a comparison

First off, it needs either more low end power, or a smaller front sprocket, or I'll be changing the clutch as much as I change my underwear. Which is better? How much top end would I loose with the smaller sprocket? Also, I have a blister on my left leg from the heat off the exhaust. Does anyone make an aftermarket heat shield?
