Bishop Vashti McKenzie Preaches "It's A Shame!"

That sermon "is a tragedy"! She missed the entire point of the biblical text. It's ironic that she chose a text on appointing elders (Titus 1) and teaching men (Titus 2) while ignoring the Bible's specific instruction that elders/bishops/pastors in churches be qualified men (see also 1 Tim. 3). Of course, she did close the Bible, set it aside, and carry on with her own thoughts. So, I suppose we shouldn't be surprised that she missed the point of the passage. It's a shame.
