The sad part is the tigers don't have to be fed live prey at all to remain healthy. Needless fear for the chickens, and obviously done for the "entertainment" factor.

ReadBelowHere, I'm a biologist, and I don't live 'under a rock'. Do YOU live under a rock? You don't seem very familiar with a concept known as ethics. The concept of ethics, when applied here, means that, when an animal hunts in the wild, both animals, hunter and prey, have an equal chance. In the circus enviroment that I think you've written me about, the element of chance, and fairness has been removed, and feeding time becomes more about drawing a paying crowd, for entertainment purposes.
