calcium, food, helps the bones handle alot of weight, plus train with heavy weight and rep out with heavy weight, my warm for bench is 290, max is 330, my rep out is 225x16. than add weight and decrease reps, thats why everyone month im trying to increase 20lbs on my bench and 50lbs on squat.
@arabjin666 uh its called hard work dude, but im not going to do that cause i found out it might stun my growth and i have to focus on other lifts expcept for deadlift. so ill max out at 550lbs as a ending senior right now my max is 325
You can't maintain a 20 lb a month increase on any lift for that long a time, even on drugs. The central nervous system doesn't work that way. Read articles by Pavel Tsatsouline and Louie Simmons if you want to know the specifics. I know many advanced lifters, guys who juice, who many times can't put 20lds on a lift in a YEAR. As the weights get heavier the progress gets sower. Don't use progressive overload either. The Russians found out it didnt work in the 60s. Westside barbell is best
