Grew up in South Philly in the 60's - in a similar house (not in this condition), hope the neighborhoods are turning around after years of neglect - please post the after renovation video!

@vfirth64 I'm not makin fun!! Is that house in Kensington? Where in Philly is that? Reason is I'm lookin to move. I would love a row house! I know it may sound stupid but, I think thoose kinda places are ideal. Very popular all over England!? I saw some really cheap places in north Philly kensington Area, but all I hear is bad stuff. Is that true?

Renovated a many a house in Pittsburgh...would have done the same thing with the beer! LOL
