You guys are freaking retarted. Don't listen to the music in this video. If you watch it carefully he's doing all of the moves of this particular section. He does it a small bit at a time then adds the parts together so you can GET IT. That's why it says "not choreography" and why it's in 4 parts. You guys don't have any right to insult him for trying to help every single one of you. If you pay attention, he is. You should be thanking him for taking the time to make this video and posting it.

i worked out a lot last semester but i danced a lot this semester and no. body type doesn't matter. Look up mia michaels... greatest modern choreographer i've seen and look at how she looks. As long as you have the passion and drive, your golden.
