Do any of you guys even know what a cammer motor is?

It can't be a cammer clone because they never put the cammer motor in a 65 mustang. These cars were never built with single overhead cams and even Carol Shelby didn't stick a cammer motor in any 65 Mustang. On the other hand you might be able to cram a newer 4.8/5.4 in one but it still wouldn't be considered a cammer. Find a new name if this is the case.

@n5ifi In 2003 Ford Racing division made a hot-rodded 1965 Mustang Fastback for the SEMA show, this car had a single over head cam 427 engine and these rims. It was called simply the Mustang Cammer (thats where the tittle of the video comes from) This car was inspired in that one, this one obviously has a different engine. Just type "Ford Mustang Cammer" in google images and you will see waht i mean.

I'd put some axle dampers like the newer stangs have, they're like shocks that fun front to back and stop the axle wind up. I like them better then slapper bars hanging down . Damn nice looking ride, I assume it's a stroked weezer, one of my favorite engines on the stock car track.

The "cammer" engine their talking about is the 427 cammer which was a 427 FE engine that was converted to SOHC by Ford to run in NASCAR.

Nice, is 'cammer' a designation kinda like super sport or R/T? I'm not much of a ford guy, but looks good. Also, I've seen a lot of stangs with that shock tower bracing... do they happen to make something like that for the 1st gen novas (62-65)? I just bought a 1963 2 door hardtop nova and was wondering if you guys knew of anything. I want it to handle like a slot car and keep up with stangs like this haha, any info would be appreciated, thanks

Hi, Cammer is a type of engine. This one is a clone of a 2+2 presented in the SEMA but has a different engine but the same power. That bracing is made for stangs but maybe there is one for the Chevy chasis, i really dont know. i wish i could be more helpfull. Good luck with your Nova its an amazing car ! Cheers.

That is a Windsor small block with injectors, not a cammer. The Cammer would fill the engine compartment and has very wide valve covers to cover those four cams. Also, Ford Racing's 65 Mustang had a fiberglass teardrop hood. This car has a fastback roof and BBS wheels, and that's it.
