The only problem with your punishment is, the dog wasn't forced by anyone else to stick it's nose in the water. In fact, the dog did it under it's own free will, and could have moved away from the bowel at any given time. Now as I would personally stop it from happening much sooner, I'll be the first to admit I baby animals, and maybe that in itself isn't such a good thing. >.>, There was no harm in this video, to human or dog; Stop being so sensitive.
