Actually the woman in the footage is the woman who wrote the letter! What are the odds of that? Whoever took this footage and then put that letter over the footage, didn't realize that the woman who wrote the letter was holding her crying child in her arms, and when she got home, wrote what you see on the screen. Just heart breaking. Shame on you Santa Monica. I hope the entire City Council, City Manager, De-Forestor are slated for removal. Immediately.
