@rodofnod1 There is MUCH more to get more move speed. Sivir ulti, Sona E, Shurelya's Reverie active, Janna passive, Galio E, Kayle W, Karma W and Orianna W. Just gotta pick the most efficient ones. Oh and sword of occult at 20 stacks gives the same amount of move speed as a phantom dancer.

ul find the speed wasnt aproching 3160 becuase as rammus aroches the speed of light he does not obay e=1/2mv^2 and starts obay ng e=mc^2 meaning he gets bgger with the added speed buffs.
