This may be one of the best PSAs ever. It avoids all the silver lining and the smoke & mirrors & the lack of social commentary on other flashy Reagan PSA's, instead it sheds light on inner city reality of the early 90's. Methheads destroyed my old house and wrote obscene thing in my notebook! i'm a marijuana legalization advocate, so seeing this realistic message to prevent the use of far worse drugs like cocaine, heroin, crack, meth, etc. does my heart good. PSA's got more realistic after this.

@oHelmslyo id beg to differ, i also am all for legalization of marijuana, but what all these comercials fail to do is give any evidence at all to support there claim. or just totaly bs the facts such as groups like harmless and truth. i beleve the message is pure to get kids to not use hard drugs, but the method is false and creates more damage then good. if you dont want kids to use hard drugs, dont lie to them about any drugs.

Stuckonthatmaryjane, that was the style in the 90s.... Look at Will Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air first 2 seasons. He had the high top fade too. And they don`t really speak ebonics. I can clearly hear every word they are saying. The only ebonics they really speak are saying the word ain`t, gonna and using the word no in the wrong way.
