  • wtf, i feel embarrassed after I've seen this video. At this point in the workout, usually I don't have enough power especially in the 2nd round. And I'm only lifting 15 lbs. Damn. Well, I'm only on my 2nd week but damn she's strong.

  • You're right. I always want to remember to straighten my back during the exercise. Mostly I do so during the first repetitions. Because these dumbbells are pretty heavy I sacrifice my form towards the end. I'll keep that in mind for next time. Thanks!

  • Lol. 44 lbs is on the brink of what I am capable of. Plus these dumbbells are pretty huge. I lift them not really straight up but somewhat diagonal. Otherwise I would scratch my obliques during every rep. ;)
