  • @yellowsubmarin100

Same here, i wish i had seen them, was so sad when Michael died but too young to see them :(

  • 1 million views....not bad..

  • I don't know about the video, it screams 80's. Obviously it looked a little better back then, but times change. Love the song and the band!

  • @FreewayTitan

    90's not 80's

  • great video,great song,INXS forever!

  • Me encanta esa canción y el disco en general me parece excelente, aunque hay gente que dice lo contrario, respetables opiniones. Amo a Michael sii!!!

  • ROCK100PRE

    INXS always and forever yeahhh

  • michael hutchence lives forever - ROCK!!!!

  • Full Moon, Dirty Hearts - [1993]

  • fuck I love this song!!!

  • What is that RAGE thing that's always popping up on INXS vids?

And also, this vid rocks. Imagine being high watching it lol

  • rage is an all night music video program broadcast on ABC TV on Friday and Saturday nights. rage first screened in April 1987. The show has no presenters, except on Saturday nights when rage has musicians as guest programmers. They host the show and talk about, and screen, their favourite music videos. rage is Australian.

  • Ohhh, thanks, man :)

  • RAGE is a TV program in Oz that plays music vids from late at night until about 8am every weekend. No ads, it's great!

  • Rage. Greatest all night music program ever.

  • This video looks fantastic visually

  • Miss Michael...

  • australias depeche mode

  • churururuu...churururuu...so simply...so GREAT SO NICEEEEE....

  • i hadn't really listened to INXS untill my dad played their album in the car adn i was like WOOOOW i never knew they sung that sooonggg...... and began to explore, this is by far my FAV!

  • the best song ever from inxs la meilleur toune de inxs tks for the post :)

  • this blows me away

  • this song brings back memories! i love it... not their biggest hit, but it is a mark of a great band who made great song after great song. rip M.H

  • wow amazing after 15 yrs still no crap or local radio or faget so called musician on fox american idol can compare....these guys really raised the bar to the real music listeners

  • too tru

  • ah boy, I LOVE INXS! The 70's were the greatest!

  • I'm 15 and love INXS, REM, Poison.etc :D

  • I LOVE REM! and looove U2 and pink floyd and shit liek that and im only 14

  • Good to hear im not the only one. Fuk i love this song and INXS!!!

  • wooooooooooooo LOOOL

  • Youre' absolutely right.

  • why can't we play these songs to todays youth as a reminder of the bands that saw our downfall years ago. Treat as tribute music, sundays at 2? hum? band together, speak up, and there's none better than INXS fans and followers

  • Unbelievably good song

  • main stream media music must hate these guys because they never play their music.after 15-20 yrs it beats anything thats released today.i mean no comparison to the talent of these guys for the music they play

  • my fave song by these guys. Love the intensity of the video and the bassline.

  • this song shouldn't be call gift instead it should be call " pain" .Anyway it's a good song!!!

  • not an INXS fan here, but this song is really really good! i remember watching this video back in 1993-1994 on MTV. It really likes me even though i was more into metal/grunge bands back on those days.

  • Funny you say that. This was during the period that Michael was trying to convince the band (esp Andrew!) to record a grungier record. "The Gift" and "Days of Rust" were as close as they got.

  • My favourite Inxs song fo' sure.

  • love it. all these scars are mine.r.i.p

  • i have this tattooed on my chest and i have 5 more inxs tattoo s

  • thats cool

  • Tell you something for nothing. When Inxs produced this track they were right at the very top of the league. This proves it. Nuff said?

  • I can't agree with you more...

I love all INXS music, but their older stuff is so awesome. This is a great song and always will be one of my favorites!

  • Awesome

  • love this song and the video clip is awesome, wicked post

  • This is my favorite INXS song!!! this video is amazing, the band members look so much different than back in the early '80s!!!

  • it wasn't that they were underrated. they had many hits and were quite popular. i agree with sewerPoet10 that they were just no match for the grunge and hard rock that was dominating at that time. INXS just disappeared (slowly) from the spotlight like many fantastic 80's bands.

  • Fucking excellent

  • great

  • One of my favourites of all time. Can't say I was a huge fan but some songs were undeniably brilliant, like Guns in the Sky and New Sensation. Didn't realise they were disrespected; guess that makes them a sort of Australian Depeche Mode; an amazing band that never recieved the appropriate respect.

  • why such a great video was baneed on mtv?

  • Awesome song - underrated song.

    LONG LIVE INXS.

  • WE FUCKING love this song!!

  • Really a shame that they were always so underrated the whole time, there are so many classic songs they left for us....

  • Best music video ever. Another great music video is Led Zeppelin's Battle of Evermore, Lord of the Rings version. I know, INXS is one of the great 80s groups. I also like Kiss. They put a lot of effort into vocals and instrumental.

  • I had several of INXS's albums throughout their career, but it still pisses me off how disrespected they are. What is it, do you have to hardly be able to play your instrument, scream instead of sing, write shitty, inane words and behave like total assholes to be classified as great. It's not the internet that's killing the music industry, it's rap, shitty music, and idiots who think they're more important than the music they make. I'll never forgive Oasis singer for calling Michael a has been.

  • great video!

  • As much as I liked some of the grunge in the early 90's, it seems impossible to me that this album (full moon, dirty hearts) and "Welcome to Wherever You Are" were essentially ignored. There are some fantastic songs on both cd's, including this one. Very few bands can rock like these guys, with their precision, songwriting skills, live act, and then write tender, beautiful ballads. Michael (R.I.P.) was much underrated as a lyricist. If you've never heard these albums beg, steal or borrow them.

  • Totally aggree with you!!

  • But here you touch a part of the problem- under the grunge era, with bands like nirvana-p. jam- soundgarden and hard rock bands like gnr & metallica, for many people inxs suddenly sounded and looked irrelevant. I was not one of these people, but it's the truth.

  • Political with out being self righteous and without sounding political and amazing special effects too boot. Love when they take off there faces, don't know why this wasn't a bigger hit.

  • I always thought it was a song about Jesus' love & grace. Either way it's a hell of a song. Always grabs my heart. I so wanted this to be a bigger hit. But @ least INXS's true fans got the point. {{{{^_^}}}}

  • I love this video, is so great!!!!

  • INXS one of the most underrated bands of all time! they never missed a fucking beat! Oooh yes but we have Justin Timberlake nowadays...grrrrrrrrrr

  • this is the best song by inxs,no doubt

  • The gift is technocracy.

  • This song is about our price system.

  • Excellent song.

  • fantastic song by a fantastic group...

  • amazing song ! ! !

  • FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Still roX

  • This song and video blew my mind when it came out! incredible... x

  • INXS rulez!!! with michael hutchane they were the best! im sure that if he was alive now they were making more and great music

    simply the best!

  • very tastey jam.makes one feel power surge through them:P

  • Probabaly their last really great song

  • sounds so fresh !!!

  • The air drumming will never get old. It's frigging hilarious to see him walk towards the camera all angry and intense with his drum sticks.

  • Does look like a tit alright! Great song and video, though!

  • Hello!!! please my friends, INXS' fans sign it for Mike, for INXS!!!

    thepetitionsite . com/1/make-tiger-lily-hutchence-stay-a-hutchence

  • a long time have passed since I watched this video for the last time :P

  • I was thinking got the feeling

    The gift you gave

    Is gonna last forever

    All the lies you find

    All the truth you see

    Rise and fall

    But I know what's mine

  • The one and only concert I have been to on their Full Moon Dirty Hearts tour in '93

  • REP MH

    on t'aime

  • il faudrait envoyer cette vidéo à bush histoire de lui remettre les pendules à l'heure

  • vi. INXS la voie de la sagesSe

    et guns in sky ausSi

  • This is a great song.

  • fuck u.

  • So glad this is on here, i love this version even more than whats on the album

  • Uhh

    they werent always like this

This came from full moon dirty hearts

    its a dirty sound.

  • My Favorite song & video:) INXS is #1

  • Yeah a tradegedy, he hung himself on the door of the Ritz-Carlton Double Bay (now Stamford Plaza) on the 5th floor, you can see the room if you go there, it has a different room sign on it, someone stole the original one, I think it was room 531

  • Great song, great vid

doesn't sound like Nirvana, if anything sounds a bit like Hutcho's side project Max-Q

  • great underrated single.

  • a fun one I think!!!!

  • Why did these losers ever try and replace Michael Hutchene? He was alway's a premiership singer in a non league band.

  • awesome :) one of the best inxs songs.

  • I didn't even know that there was a vid for this song. I just thought I'd take a chance and look it up. This has to be my fav INXS song!

    Thanx for puttin' it up!

  • Love this song but the album was crap. Interestingly this song was written by Micheal and the drummer. Most INXS songs were written by Micheal and Andrew (the keybord player). I think they were a bit lost round this time. There previous album "Welcome to wherever you are" was easily there best but it flopped in the states. The album "The Gift" that this was from is a bit all over the place and directionless. I wish it had more stuff like this on it.

  • No, you must be mistaken. INXS hasn't got an album entitled 'the gift

  • it's a single from full moon dirty hearts.

  • You couldn't be more wrong... this might have been their strongest album of all.... hardly a bad tune on it and catchy to boot....."The Gift"(1993) sems like INXS' answer to U2's "The Fly"(1991)

  • Nah they were trying to be like Nivara with this cd.

This sound like some grunge music.

  • hu? Are you crazy? INXS id way better!!!!

  • they tried to be like Nirvana...because that was big at the time

    its in there book

  • Wrong.

Their look predated Nirvana by decades.

  • i dont see how this song sounds anything like shitvana

  • i never liked nirvana so much, these guys i have like 7 of their albums. and all worth the price. this was my flag band as a teeneger

  • nice images.strong video

  • My favorite inxs song. Not the same without Michael Hutchence.

  • been looking for this,,while ago very cool song

  • :-) the best

  • kirk's best Style!

  • The bassline kicks! Great single great album!

  • FINALLY!! i've been looking for this clip everywhere! thanks!

  • Thanks for uploading! INXS had a killer song with The Gift. This is one radio should still be playing.

  • Never thought of this as a big depaure for them, more a return to earlier, harder sound... got tired of the syrupy stuff they did after the Kick album...

  • I was a huge fan since "Shabooh Shoobah," I loved this departure for them....what a loss for the world when Michael died...could watch him forever!

  • Really great video. The song should have done much better here in the States.

  • Agree the video is incredible. The song has such power and agression! Here in the UK this song reached no.11 (which made it one of their better placings in the UK charts). I bought it on 7 inch vinyl!

  • Killer song! Killer video!

  • Love the song, love the album it was on,loved INXS but 1993's "The Gift" sounds a lot like 1991's "The Fly" by U2.

  • Efectivamente, THE GIFT es a INXS como THE FLY es a U2.

  • "All these scars are mine"

Great line, great song..stoked someone uploaded it from Aus.

  • or NOT!

  • Great video, awesome song, especially if you know what he's talking about. You play the game, and when you're all done, you will receive your gifts.

  • Thx 4 posting! great song, great band

  • im gonna say it again..this video and the song is totally out of this world.I play this in my car all the time.

  • Brilliant video....excellent song...Michael was sex on legs!

  • INXS IS THE BEST.

  • this is one of my favorite videos's and song of INXS.

  • stupid video. Especially the 'air-drumming' ;-(

  • great song great video. very 90s.

  • INXS are the best.

  • This is 1 tight video, I love all of the action. INXS is and always be #1 to me.
