I just like saying The Notebook is the remake of A Moment to Remember because Americans like to assume the first thing on top of their head is A Moment to Remember is the remake of The Notebook. That's why I'm watching more and more Asian movies because they are still original. Besides in Hollywood they always make the same love story, but I don't love either... :)

There are certain scenes in this movie which are not particularly sorrowful, but if one closely watches them, they can bring out tears because if even though they're not showing pain or sorrow, it shows love in such a lovable and blissful manner that it touches your heart. I love this movie.

25 times. I have watched the movie 25 times and 25 times I cried. You may think I am wrong but Woo-sung Jung and Ye-jin Son are the best cast ever. To be honest, the first time I watched the movie I could almost believe they were real couple because the acting was sooooooooo perfect and natural.

It is at the end when the real fucked part comes in. I swear, I could feel their happiness. No kidding guys it was amazing. They are great actors!!!

The girl is really a good actor. I've watched a lot of korean dramas and she perfectly blends in every character she plays. It's takes courage to love someone but it takes a lot more than that to love someone "like that." It takes a lot of patience to do it every single day but LOVE abounds everything.

It's about a man who has to deal with his wife who is gradually forgetting about him due to the fact she has Alzheimers disease. I've watched hundreds of Asian dramas and this movie made me cry the most. It is beautifully done.
