NO to burst your bubble. The regime worked for me for about 1,5 a half. Then it stopped. I tried taking a break and starting all over, but it never worked again. And now, I am allergic to BP. I really don't know why. If I put it on my face, my face starts itching.((( I don't try topical treatments anymore. They ALWAYS just temp. solution.
if acne.org changed your life by getting rid of your acne then that means acne was your life. nothing should have that power over you. especially not something as trivial as acne. you look fine in the beginning
@MrSoleyn but sometimes people can be extremely cruel and make peoples acne so much more evident in someones life, when one truly wish others could see beyond their face..
I mean I feel like that, i've been dealing cystic acne on my chest, shoulders and face.

everyone can do this at home! All u need is a Gentle cleansor like Cetaphil or Neutrgena, and BUTT LOADS of 2.5% BP. I use the Practive reparing lotion with 2.5% BP and their fash wash Once a week (cus its an exfolatier scrub) I try not to moisturize my skin at night, DRY IT OUT! And in the morning cleanse and use a light layer of BP and Sunscreen. At night is when I apply the HEAVY BP 2.5% cus its soo dryin !
@ianeelee it shud make it really dry and the dryness causes itching and redness, I HATE THE DRYNESS, SO i started off small thin layers of BP every other day.Ur doing too much at once, and acne hates dry skin too! so take it slow, it will hinder results but ur skin will thank u for it. After a month then lather the stuff on at night about 4 times a week and thin layer in morning, u will see a differnce and ur skin wont be on FIRE!
@ianeelee continue with it. If you go to acne.org you will hear Dan say that dryness and irritation is expected. If it gets to a point where its unbearable, try to lessen the amount you put on or only apply it every other day. Remember to use a moisturizer as well.
Question: I ordered the "regimen" a few weeks ago & like to believe I am seeing results. But I'm also using Aloe Vera, I put all over my face in the middle of the day & about 7-10 hours later from when I used Acne.org products in the morning.
I use to apply Toothpaste (Crest w Scoop) as a in the middle of the day wash B4 I started using Acne.org products & feel I saw results.
My face is actually clearing up BUT I'm seeing zits...
Is it the ALOE VERA & should I go back to using Toothpaste?
i can honestly say the acne.org regimen worked for me, i have been on it for 2 weeks and i see big results, i used to break out like once a day, now on the regimen maybe once a week ill get a small pimple nothing like they were before, and i work in an oily machine shop.. i would recomend it to anyone... what do you got to lose its the best 40$ u will ever spend!!

This may sound stupid lol, but I almost started crying when I saw this video! I only have minor acne, like some blemishes, zits & scarring, but I got so emotional! Because I eat very, very, very healthy & I workout about 5 times a week and I still breakout and have a bad skimtexture, and that just breaks my heart! I am just starting out with acne.org and as of right now I am not exfoliating because Dan said not to. If I don't exfoliate, however, my pores get clogged so fast. Did this regimine clear out your pores too? thanks!
@courtneytherunner13 I stuck to the regimen the way Dan instructs us to do so but once my skin cleared up I started using St.ives scrub to exfoliate at least three times a week. My skin was fine w/ exfoliating but I suggest waiting until ur skin completely clears and see if exfoliating irritates your skin while on the regimen. Hope this helps

Hey first of all i love ur videos,i just had some questions,umm...what kinda stuff have u used in order to achieve a clear skin and what kinda skin do u have(i mean oily,normal or..?) Cause my skin is a combination of all and i've been on the dans regimen since last 2 weeks and i barely see any improvement at all.I only got acnes on my forehead and i tried tons of products to make my skin look better and none of them could help...What would u recommend??
@pinksaphire100 to be honest, I don't know if its the BP that eventually lightened up my skin because my scars has gotten lighter. But I'm not saying I know 100% for sure if it clears up acne scars. I'm sorry. If you like your cleanser and moisturizer, stick with it =) and just test out the treatment to see if it helps you out =)

I am honestly so happy for you because I know how it feels =] I am in my early twenties and for the past 7 months my face has been breaking out so badly, way worse than what you had. I've been on the regimen for 2 weeks now and it seems to be breaking my face out even more. Before I only had cystic pimples, now I have cystic pimples and tons of painful whiteheads. Did you have an initial break out with the regimen? Did you wear make up with while on the regimen?
@oxnerds Awww, thank you. I'm sorry to hear that but unfortunately no my skin didn't break out really bad while on the regimen. Of course it didn't go away over night so a lot of the big cystic pimples took time to reduce in size but through trial and error they eventually went away. how do u use the regimen? I had to play around with the steps before I found what actually worked =)
@oxnerds a lot of people have been telling me they play around with the steps too. Like cleansing for a shorter amount of time to decrease the dryness or only using the BP at night and then switching to both morning and night when they feel they need more treatment. It just depends on your skin type because you know everyone has different skin =) as for the makeup I unfortunately didn't. I know Leina from Makeupbyleinabaaaby on youtube used it the entire time and she still saw great results. =)
@GuamGrlEntertainment thank you for replying =] I read some reviews on the regimen and some had initial breakouts because their skin was purging. The bp was getting all the dirt underneath the skin and bringing it to the surface- I think that is what is happening to my skin, or maybe because I'm only using it at night because I can't use it during the day underneath my makeup. I think I just need patience. Thank you again for this video! it is very inspiring!!

@julieandblair no it never got extremely flaky but it did dry out sometimes if I left the cleanser on for too long. For ex. I usually gently rub the cleanser for 5 seconds. but when my skin feels really dirty and oily i leave it for ten seconds and sometimes that over dries my skin. Just make sure u use all three steps because I feel each step works together. the moisturizer helps the dryness.
@julieandblair I had really bad acne so I started to see my acne decrease in size in about 1 week. It took about 2 and a half weeks to see a big difference. I would say give it a month if you have really bad skin. If you just have minor problems it should clear up fast. Don't give up if it takes longer tho =] My scars are kind of getting lighter on their own but I still have some =[ However, because of this regimen, I am a lot more confident in my skin =]

My gosh, you just made me cry! I have been suffering acne for the longest time b/c of Proactive I have now big cystic acne on my cheeks and they are huge bleeds! Extremely well done video. My 14 yr old son has mild to moderate acne. He is a very confident kid so his acne doesn't really bother him that much. Since its my job as a father to protect my son in every aspect of his life, I have taken on the fight to rid him of his acne problem. After watching your video I educated myself on at acne.org (awesome site btw) and came to the conclusion dan's regime is the best place to start. Thanks for being so brave and posting this video.

@emmaweaver721 When I first started using it all it did was make my face feel a little warm. My face had to get used to the Benzoyl Peroxide so it was a little red for the first week. After that it went away and my skin cleared up tremendously =] It didn't burn or sting for me. It could be different for other people tho. The good thing about acne.org is that after you start seeing results... it only gets better =D Its not like other products that stops working yenno? Hope this helps =]
this wednesday i have been on the regimene for a week. i have not had ONE cystic acne,at all!! the ones that were on my face,GONE! my face is a little irritated which i know comes with the territory so i'm not worried about it, it's not THAT red but that does not bother me at all. even my blackheads have been going away...i have some but not like it did. i've broken out a little but they have not stayed for very long.they are already gone! i took before pictures so i cant wait for the after! =)

@sad559 Heyyy, I started seeing results in a week and a half but my acne was really bad, I had the type of acne that started deep inside my skin so it took about a month and a half to fully clear. That whole time I did not drink sodas, coffee, eat chocolate, super greasy foods or anything with lots of High-fructose corn syrup. Everyone has diff. skin so maybe these foods won't affect u but i did drink lots of water. Also I worked out often so the sweat allowed my pores to open up and flush out.

@TheChum1981 I'm sorry you had to go through all that. It is definately hard to walk around with confidence when acne takes over your life. All through out high school I packed on a lot of makeup. This may sound stupid lol, but I almost started crying when I saw this video! I only have minor acne, like some blemishes, zits & scarring, but I got so emotional! Because I eat very, very, very healthy & I workout about 5 times a week and I still breakout and have a bad skimtexture, and that just breaks my heart! Because I put so much effort in to have good skin and everything seems to fail! Im pretty sure I get acne because of my personal life though.. But I will try this out! THANK YOU! :D

Wow you are truly brave for doing this video, I have struggled with acne all throughout high school, and still now that I'm going on my 2nd year of college, I've tried everything proactiv,clinique, clean and clear, home receipes, and have had no luck. I am just starting out with acne.org and as of right now I am not exfoliating because Dan said not to. If I don't exfoliate, however, my pores get clogged so fast. Did this regimine clear out your pores too? thanks!

@courtneytherunner13 I stuck to the regimen the way Dan instructs us to do so but once my skin cleared up I started using St.ives scrub to exfoliate at least three times a week. My skin was fine w/ exfoliating but I suggest waiting until ur skin completely clears and see if exfoliating irritates your skin while on the regimen. Hope this helps

Hey first of all i love ur videos,i just had some questions,umm...what kinda stuff have u used in order to achieve a clear skin and what kinda skin do u have(i mean oily,normal or..?) @pinksaphire100 to be honest, I don't know if its the BP that eventually lightened up my skin because my scars has gotten lighter. But I'm not saying I know 100% for sure if it clears up acne scars. I'm sorry. If you like your cleanser and moisturizer, stick with it =) and just test out the treatment to see if it helps you out =)

I am honestly so happy for you because I know how it feels =] I am in my early twenties and for the past 7 months my face has been breaking out so badly, way worse than what you had. I've been on the regimen for 2 weeks now and it seems to be breaking my face out even more. Before I only had cystic pimples, now I have cystic pimples and tons of painful whiteheads. Did you have an initial break out with the regimen? Did you wear make up with while on the regimen?

@oxnerds Awww, thank you. I'm sorry to hear that but unfortunately no my skin didn't break out really bad while on the regimen. Of course it didn't go away over night so a lot of the big cystic pimples took time to reduce in size but through trial and error they eventually went away. how do u use the regimen? I had to play around with the steps before I found what actually worked =)

@oxnerds a lot of people have been telling me they play around with the steps too. Like cleansing for a shorter amount of time to decrease the dryness or only using the BP at night and then switching to both morning and night when they feel they need more treatment. It just depends on your skin type because you know everyone has different skin =) as for the makeup I unfortunately didn't. I know Leina from Makeupbyleinabaaaby on youtube used it the entire time and she still saw great results. =)

@GuamGrlEntertainment thank you for replying =] I read some reviews on the regimen and some had initial breakouts because their skin was purging. The bp was getting all the dirt underneath the skin and bringing it to the surface- I think that is what is happening to my skin, or maybe because I'm only using it at night because I can't use it during the day underneath my makeup. I think I just need patience. Thank you again for this video! it is very inspiring!!

@julieandblair no it never got extremely flaky but it did dry out sometimes if I left the cleanser on for too long. For ex. I usually gently rub the cleanser for 5 seconds. but when my skin feels really dirty and oily i leave it for ten seconds and sometimes that over dries my skin. Just make sure u use all three steps because I feel each step works together. the moisturizer helps the dryness.

@julieandblair I had really bad acne so I started to see my acne decrease in size in about 1 week. It took about 2 and a half weeks to see a big difference. I would say give it a month if you have really bad skin. If you just have minor problems it should clear up fast. Don't give up if it takes longer tho =] My scars are kind of getting lighter on their own but I still have some =[ However, because of this regimen, I am a lot more confident in my skin =]

My gosh, you just made me cry! I have been suffering acne for the longest time b/c of Proactive I have now big cystic acne on my cheeks and they are huge bleeds! Extremely well done video. My 14 yr old son has mild to moderate acne. He is a very confident kid so his acne doesn't really bother him that much. Since its my job as a father to protect my son in every aspect of his life, I have taken on the fight to rid him of his acne problem. @emmaweaver721 When I first started using it all it did was make my face feel a little warm. My face had to get used to the Benzoyl Peroxide so it was a little red for the first week. After that it went away and my skin cleared up tremendously =] It didn't burn or sting for me. It could be different for other people tho. The good thing about acne.org is that after you start seeing results... it only gets better =D Its not like other products that stops working yenno? Hope this helps =]

this wednesday i have been on the regimene for a week. i have not had ONE cystic acne,at all!! the ones that were on my face,GONE! my face is a little irritated which i know comes with the territory so i'm not worried about it, it's not THAT red but that does not bother me at all. even my blackheads have been going away...i have some but not like it did. i've broken out a little but they have not stayed for very long.they are already gone! i took before pictures so i cant wait for the after! =)

@sad559 Heyyy, I started seeing results in a week and a half but my acne was really bad, I had the type of acne that started deep inside my skin so it took about a month and a half to fully clear. That whole time I did not drink sodas, coffee, eat chocolate, super greasy foods or anything with lots of High-fructose corn syrup. Everyone has diff. skin so maybe these foods won't affect u but i did drink lots of water. Also I worked out often so the sweat allowed my pores to open up and flush out.

i just ordered this stuff today! i have used everything under the sun for my acne..proactive, murad, clinique, aveeno, clean and clear, nuetrogena (which made it worse), organic homeopathic remedies, name it i have done it. so this is my last resort .i'm a little skeptical about it but.... hey why not. my acne is like yours but a little worse. i have really white skin so i look like i have a pimple farm on my face...ugh.. so well see ^__^

Even with make up I felt ugly but it was the only thing i could hide behind. I did watch out for certain foods that I thought would break me out. Check my other video called the Acne.org challenge.
