Show an agility day. I liked that defensive video, but it was 30 seconds long! Show your change-of-pace agility drills, speed ladders, over-speed training, (weight sled, parachute) defensive conditioning, (quick feet, slide suicides, lateral resistor sliding, whatever you can think. It's a different video, which is what a lot of these ballers need. They sit on here for hours looking at dudes shoot J's.
How about an update on the search for a team? or if you heard back from the people at the d-league camp a little while back, or what you are up to in general basketball wise. i don't know if its worth a video, but definitely an update on the site.
