You don't have to be able to mod, Just be nice. To be honest, Most of the people that get approved end up only downloading 2 or 3 mods before they get bored and decide to start making them themselves, So I guess it's a great starting site for anyone interested in starting modding.

that F3underground website is bugged up the ass. I can't access ANYTHING without an error message popping up. Not even the forums, and this is AFTER registering. If you've downloaded the file yourself, why not put it up on Fileplanet or Rapidshare? I think I speak for most of us when I say we'd be incredibly grateful!
