Gorgeous bird captured in pristine quality. As an American studying abroad in Wollongong, Australia, I see them on an occasion catching bugs and chortling in the bush. I obviously knew about the kookaburra a long time ago during my childhood, but one never actually appreciates its beauty until seen in real life in the wild.
