Zac Poonen preached truth here...the "success" gospel is apostasy. Many are coming out of it, though. True Biblical miracles were instant and did not wear off-plus they were not dependant on positive confession. Or kept that way-In scripture, Timothy didn't have divine health or Paul would not have said to take a little wine for his stomach's infirmaties-Paul also knew the atonement didn't guarantee healing-he would have taught Timothy to "claim his healing-speak to his stomach or break curses
At the heart of the prosperity gospel, the Bible just becomes the last will and testament and the converts are the greedy beneficiaries saying "what am I entitled to" and "how soon can I have it". The heart of the true Gospel is the cross, a place of sacrifice where you "put down" "give up" and surrender. The heart of the former is "take" and the heart of the latter is "give"
