I was actually going to post a video this week about how I did it. I know it CAN work for just about anyone, but it may not work for people who don't like to eat the same meals every day. I can do it, at least with what I eat, because they are very tasty and satisfying. I'll try to get it up by this weekend. I'm actually very excited about it, because I feel its something I can basically do forever, because it leaves me one meal a day where I can eat anything I like at all.
Thanks for the video. It's a little distracting when it stops, why don't you just speak the parts that you wrote since you are speaking anyway?

I almost didnt recognize you. You lost weight. Low carb intake? I did no carb and so far lost 30lb in a few months. peace.
