  • how many days a week did you do this?? I'm not tryin to lose a lot of fat because I don't have a lot to lose but I wanna get rid of the little giggle I got lol...I've been doin the M-100 workout, if you don't know what that is def check it out, but idk how many days to do it a week...I've been doin it about 4 days a week because the other 3 days I'm at the gym

  • @Shadyslim2009 most important thing is your nutrition you have to start eating meals high in protein anywhere between 20-30g a meal every 2-3 hours like eggs whites, chicken breast, tilapia fish, tuna, sirloin steak with low carbs like vegetables, sweet yams, oatmeal and peanut butter, Also do cardio like this video here

  • @kikito4151 it will help you burn more fat as eating more frequent meals keeps your metabolism on, just eat small meals 20-30g in protein foods like chicken breast, lean steak, tuna, fish, egg whites with a glass of water and some veggies. im gonna post a video on nutrition soon

  • @Manggg16 i did this workout and a few others like this one  last year 5 to 6 times a week for 2 months and i dropped 35 lbs eating healthy and drinking only water

  • @kikito4151 just try to focus on eating clean and aim to lose only body fat while gaining muscle by eating high protein meals every 2-3 hours. I like to use cocoa butter everyday when im dropping weight so my skin doesn't look shitty after i lose all the weight.
