I loved these 2 so much. I cryed when I found out that Brooke had been fired. After Callie told Erica she slept with Mark that should have been the time she walked off and left her. ABC and SR should have had there asses kicked for firing Brooke.
I thought this seen was so damn cute. I had so much hope for their courtship. Its a shame that ABC listened to a few elitist homophobes and ended the relationship and fired brook. I smell a big fat lawsuit!

You can totally tell Erica was on her way out when her loving gf Callie looks like she's gonna puke/have a heart attack during the "glasses" speech. Then she runs to her str8 stud to wash off the dirty feeling. What a piece-of-crap sellout by ABC. There are usually 5 str8 couples humping during every episode, but 1 gay couple gets it on for a few seconds, and all of the homophobes in this cuntry get their panties in a twist. We need more actors to come out of the closet to stop this crap!

Ellen had a tv show on ABC prior to her current talk show on NBC....ABC abruptly dropped Ellen's show after she "came out" during an episode. I never saw it but I think it aired during the 90s.
Yeah Im only 21 so I definitely wasn't paying attention to Ellen during the 90s...i was still in my little mermaid phase probably. But I've seen clips and posts from other people who have talked about it.
Yet I was also a bit disapponted with the fact that they were not giving to this couple the same importance they were giving to the straight couples... and also it was represented in a non-realistic way: for example, why after sex all the couples are always naked while erica and callie were completely dressed just after doing it?? or if I remember well, the last good kiss we saw was in the season finale of season4!!
I miss Erica so so much... I actually stopped watching the show the minute I realised Erica wasn't coming back.
Such a strong actress and such a perfect character...
I will always miss her...
