  • long time no "back",

i will keep on that in 2010,

    gogogo~ fighting~

  • Great !

  • According to my experience, I feel that I can do as relaxed as possible, to make my opponent feel pressure. After years, you don't have to do anything, but your opponent cannot move you.

  • Thanks a lot, good advice.

  • I attached a video respond to this video. This is how 徐尚田 style practice Wing Chun. We rarely letgo the wrists, because once the wrists letgo, the hands automatically strikes in. Not purposely, but naturally.

Relaxed, use as less muscle strength as possible. Then the internal strength can become stronger and stronger.

  • Thanks.

    Good advice commented.

  • Both of them are really relxed, that's a good thing. However, if the wrists don't attached at all time, the students can't practice how to release the internal power while your oponent gives pressure on you. I'm not a master, and I'm not saying that I know everything. BUt I would highly suggest the students to attach the wrists at all time.

  • Nice comment, thank you.

  • yay, Andy's back!

  • Andy brings a friend visiting my studio.

He does Gor Sau still well indeed.
