anxious about if do the Sushi-cookers there really know proper way of cooking. Because we have very strict manner of how to treat raw fish and control its freshness.

Tempura= portual, nori=korea, miso=korea. natto=manchuria. What's exactly Japanese native food. Nothing..... Food can be express million ways.And who start all those transformation.
