Il grande vantaggio del revolver chambered in .357 Mag. è che può sparare anche il .38 Spl, che è più controllabile.

Il .357 Mag. ha un ottimo potere di arresto, ma pochi sarebbero in grado di esplodere una serie di tre-quattro colpi ravvicinati e controllare l'arma come se fosse una .22 automatica.

La conclusione è sempre la stessa: scegliere un'arma da difesa è difficile, perché occorre decidere a quanta energia si è disposti a rinunciare in cambio di una migliore controllabilità.

To load as taught by Police either with single rounds, or speed loaders place left hand open palm on right side of gun with cylender open, place first and fourth finger on top of Back Strap and second & third on the Cylender so they can turn the cylender along with the thumb, this is much faster but I dont see any one doing, takes some practice but it is how you can do a six second or faster reload with HKS six second reloaders, not singly and fumble for ammo (usually dropping as he did) Be Safe

La 686 è in inox se non sbaglio, non fà scherzi di riflessi?? A lungo andare (anni & anni) essendo un materiale "delicato" c'è il problema dell' erosione?

La 586 è identica ma ha materiale diverso dalla 686 (è brunito)

Fai benissimo ad usare solo ed esclusivamente i .357 ;-)

Che differenza c'è quando spari armando prima il cane?

@ZH8050 armando il cane il grilletto è piu sensibile in quanto la corsa è minore, quindi con pochissima pressione l'arma già fa fuoco, serve per il tiro di precisione in cui per sparare non bisogna muovere troppo il dito onde far muovere la punteria. Senza armare il cane il grilletto è molto piu avanti ed è piu duro, questo a favore di una maggior sicurezza ad esempio nel caso del porto d'armi in cui la pistola è indossata ed è pronta all'uso.

Ho da poco acquistato la 686 con canna da 2,5 e siccome sono alle prime armi mi chiedevo una 357 magnum fino a un massimo di quanti grani può sparare?

vorrei provare delle munizione cattive ma che non siano dannose sia per me che per il revolver!

Dici poco le riviste affermano con assoluta certezza che lo S&W 29 sia il miglior revolver mai costruito sia come finiture che come scatto pensa che ho letto di un giornalista (armi e tiro) che lo ha provato a 50 metri con risultati prodigiosi e vorrebbe cimentarsi a 100 metri lui è convinto di non fare figuracce!!!!.

Personalmente io sono per il cavallino della Colt (anaconda) perchè un 29 d'annata può costare anche piu' di 2000 euro

Ciao Ufo, oggi ho provato la 686...

La trovo bellissima, precisa, uno scatto meraviglioso specie in singola, e naturale nell'impugnatura.

Dopo aver provato H&K 45Acp, Storm, Glock, Tanfoglio Limited ecc... ma mai revolver, questa è la prima arma con cui tiro a 25 metri senza fatica, meravigliosa.

Mi sa che me la prendo!!!

Quello mostrato nel video è il modo corretto di manovrare un'arma:

calma innanzitutto nei movimenti

controllo della postura durante il tiro

e notevole, perché molto spesso non si vede, armare il cane con la mano non FORTE, questa è una regola da osservare sempre.

Esatto, si rischia anche che l'arma ti si rivolga al petto.

Direi che qui su youtube se ne vedono talmente tanti fare questo errore che quasi quasi uno pensa che sia giusto armare il cane in quel modo scorretto.

Non parliamo poi di chi usa i revolver in SA, tipo i Ruger Vaquero.

@JUKIO01 Its a double action revolver. You can either fire it single action, like an old style revolver, Cock and fire : Advantage very light trigger pull needed, or fire it uncocked:  Advantage Quicker to fire from the holster, disadvantage needs a heavier pull

and when I buy my 686 I'll do that for target practice but throw in .357 every now and then but really its the least of your worries if your life is threatened and you need to use it.

I'd never experienced a revolver until last year I tried a Colt Python 357 Magnum. Until then, I thought SigSauerP226 kind of guns were most appealing to me. But I was shocked at revolver's accuracy, reliability and thought "fuck automatic!" The reason why your video interested me so much is that "I just prefer S&W's push release than Colt's pull release of the cylinder. Thank you for the upload!

@123Ivance123 That was a long time ago, now adays automatics are very reliable (especially glocks). Revolvers are simpler and by that it should be more reliable, but automatics are still very reliable. The main reason police use pistols because of the higher capacity.
