Sweet skill and all but it struck me almost as big commercial rather than a showreel, what with all those cheesy headings, "Training", "Stunts", "Performances/Events" etc.. A showreel in my opinion should be about skill and showcasing talents not about corporeality which was the vibe I got.

@AndrewDangerously It's about the movement and the effort. It effects your whole life, and you usually live a more healthy lifestyle. I freerun, eat organic food, and work out, and I love it. It really does have a lasting positive effect on me, and hopefully other people. I also suggust reading books like "Musashi", and Dan Millman's "Peaceful Warrior". Have and open mind.
