I know people who have had to and even had restraining orders put on their parents. I don't know what country you live in but in America we actually have laws. Teachers certainly can not take things from you. Federal law overrules school policies. Problem is most kids don't know their rights so the school rolls over them with BS.

I would get one of these and because i have a REAL iPhone, I would let my friend borrow it and when he/she gives it back I would secretly swap the two in my pocket.
