My nephew has to see this, he loves water towers (he is nearly 3), it inspired me -we might do our own series!! Thanks :-)

Good point. Many are getting torn down. I took a picture of the Rolesville, NC water tower and then 2 months later it was torn down. I would like towns to consider them works of art and take pride in them for their community.
