  • Holy shit, Michael Voltaggio. Nice!

  • kinda like El Bulli, kinda

  • @FlipSnipeZ its an exact replica of el bulli... they also do olive spheres just like el bulli... how do i know this? i used to work there lol

  • @quakov YOU USED TO WORK AT EL BULLI?!?!?

get the fuck out no way!!!

  • @FlipSnipeZ no no no i worked at the bazaar but i have books on el bulli and they both have the exact same olive sphere

  • @quakov oh yeah hahaha, how come you stoped working there?

  • @FlipSnipeZ no room for advancement... got tired of it, so i moved on to something else

  • @quakov Well of course it's the same as El Bulli because, Jose Andres was taught by Ferran Adria, head chef and owner of El Bulli.

  • Physics and chemistry meet food. Amazing.

  • Ate @ the Bazaar last night - food was good 4/5 on most dishes. My favorites were the Caprese and the Philly Cheesteak. Kind of "too trendy" for me but very creative nonetheless.

  • Jose Andres will be appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this Monday.

  • You must not know the guy if you feel the need to talk shit about him. Grow up

I want to know what was used to shoot this vid.

  • @BrunsBrent This is not chef voltaggio's creation. its ferran adria creation.

  • That's cool...this guy could possibly be the next top chef.

  • "this guy could possibly be the next chef"

Uhh no. He is way better than that. He has top chef contestants as sous chefs.
