I remember in the mid '90s, over by Lynnhaven Dr. in Hampton, just about a whole street was decorated. A couple houses in the middle were decked out similar to this house, these houses even had winter scenes setup with a running train.

My neigbhor does the same thing every year. He also adds like 10 feet tall santa clause's and toy soldier figures. Every year there are hundreds of people coming over to look at his house taking photos, videos you name it. He says it's extremely expensive but he loves it. He probably spends $10,000+ for December month on electric bill. Just like this guy's house maybe.
