This ins't "pil-pil", that's is "gambas al ajillo".Which translated means "garlic prawns".

@Naxertis It is piri piri, in spanish they call it pil pil. Its a type of hot chile used a lot in portugal. So we call it shrimp piri piri, similar to al ajillo but with its own "kick". =)
