  • hello , what is toasted hazelnut meal ? i dont think think thats available in my country . please help. thanks :)

  • @nitannna120194 Toasted hazelnut meal is made from ground hazelnuts... if it's easier to find for you, it can be replaced with almond flour

  • How do you keep fit after all these amazing, delicious things you bake.:)))

  • @dillagi1dillagi You don't have to eat the whole cake ;-)))

  • why did the cake sink in the middle?

  • @zhangruyi Probably it didn't cook enough... always test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean the cake is ready

  • where can we buy potato starch

  • @TheSanuthapa If it's easier to find, you can replace it with corn starch

  • I had no idea a coffee cake would require those many steps but I must say, that was a PROPER yummy coffee cake that you probably won't find anywhere on youtube! simply AMAZING! not for dieters though!lol

  • hi please could you tell me were you can buy agar agar

  • @grantreed1423 You can buy it on the internet, as far as I know, but people from your country may have a better answer!

  • @grantreed1423 If you're from america, you can find it in the asian supermarkets, they carry agar there.

  • this is a stunning recipe and simple enough to replicate

  • Can i use any substitiute for hazelnut and gelatin in this recipie?please let me know i really want to make coffee cake, thanks

  • @lionking1926 You can replace with almond flour and agar agar

  • i think the cream isn't consistent enough...

  • @mermaidchan25 You can add more gelatin, if you prefer

  • I just made this cake and it came out AMAZING! omg I'm loving it thank you!!!!!

  • @idam32 Great job!!

  • Hii..I was wondering if I could cut all the ingredients in half? Would the cake still be ok? This would be way too big for my small family.

  • @idam32 Of course it's ok, but you have to use a smaller cake pan... Otherwise you can keep it in the fridge and divide it with your friends!

  • Wow, did something happen? Sonia suddenly lost a lot of wieght!

  • I don't really like cofee so can you replace it with cocoa powder or chocolate instead?

  • @alexthesubscriber26 Yes, you can substitute instant coffe with unsweetened cocoa powder and use hazelnut-chocolate spread to coat it!

  • god, i miss Italy now. :(

  • @ItsTheSuperFly Yes, if you like!

  • Did you lose weight? The cake looks great :D

  • it's PACKED full caffeine o-o~

looks delish! One day I will make this :]

  • wow,she lost a lot of weight.

  • You should read your ingredients out in Grams, how inaccurate does "just over one cup of" sound. I know its not your fault, but it sounds much more professional to say 80G. Its exact, not guesswork.

Love the recipe though, I will try it out at some point, I know some people who love coffee cake

  • @Cordi666 That's why we always show the gram measurement!

  • Thank you for a good recipe. I love the background music also.

  • OMG YOU LOOK SOOOOOO GORGEOUS!!! WOW SO BEAUTIFUL, ITS LIKE TEN YEARS LOST!!! OMG YOU LOOK YOUNG, AND PRETTY!!! (:

  • I would really like to make this for Thanksgiving but, I can never seem to find gelatin sheets, can I sub for the gelatin powder? if so how much? Thanks a lot.

  • @MissAngie8787 Replace with gelatin powder by the same amount, and avoid soaking in water

  • My dad loves coffee cake but this would send him into a hyperglycemic shock.

Well, it could be made diabetic friendly but many of the ingredients would have to be swapped.

Sugar - Stevia baking mix or Splenda (Stevia is better because its natural)

Butter - Rice Bran or Sunflower unhydrogenated margarine

All purpose flour and Starches - Wholemeal flour (you would probably need to ad more baking powder as you will have a heavier and denser mix)

Nuts are good for adding the illusion of sweetness.

  • Is it just me or is the thumb nail cake different than the cake in this video....

  • Looks good, but not for Diabetics or Dieters.

  • @Bobofet241 Diabetics and Dieters shouldnt be eating cake in the first place.

  • @Cordi666 Absolutely

  • How did you loose so much weight? i'm trying but i'm not doing a very good job :/...you look amazing btw <3

  • Sonia looks thinner, and terrific as always. I will make this and see if that happens to me lol

  • I can't make it, but I definitely can eat it...

  • OMG... looks like you have lost like 20-40 lbs! You look great! Yummy recipe!

  • here in the USA a coffee cake is according to wikipedia a class of cake intended to be eaten alongside coffee. Under this definition, a coffee cake does not contain coffee. They are typically single layer cakes that may be square or rectangular . Coffee cakes are typically flavored with cinnamon, seeds, nuts, and fruits. These cakes sometimes have a crumbly or crumb topping called streusel and/or a light glaze drizzle. And a coffee cake can also be a coffee cake!!!! Great recipe!

  • Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...
