@RevolutionistHenkel The Isabela and Cagayan Province are the first provinces hit by the storm. The towns in the Seaboard of Cagayan and Isabela provinces almost wiped out due to massive flooding, storm surges, and massive winds. Even the concrete buildings are destroyed.
